1. Who we are
Verity (“Verity”, “we”, “us”) provides education, strategy, diagnostic and implementation guidance related to artificial intelligence. We operate remotely and work with people worldwide. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
Verity is currently a brand and working identity; the formal registered entity and business address will be stated here before the service is offered commercially.
2. What Verity provides
Our purpose is to help you choose the right AI opportunity, learn what matters, and move from an idea to practical execution. Depending on your plan, that can include:
- Content & library — written guidance, a learning pathway and an opportunity library.
- Templates & guides — reusable starting points for your own work.
- Diagnostic (opportunity scan) — a free, self-serve tool that suggests directions based on the answers you give.
- Project review — feedback on work you submit, within the scope of your plan.
- Advisory — group or individual sessions with an advisor on higher plans, within defined response windows and scope.
- Workspace — a place to keep your path, next steps and saved opportunities.
The distinction matters: the diagnostic and workspace previews are illustrative tools, while plans are the contracted service. Any workspace, account or checkout shown on this site as a preview is not a live, connected system unless we clearly say so.
3. What Verity is not
We do not guarantee any income, job, business, financial or other result. Outcomes depend on your context, effort, skill, timing and the market — factors outside our control.
Our guidance is general and educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it does not create any professional-client relationship of that kind. For decisions that need a licensed professional, please consult one. See also our Disclaimer.
4. Eligibility & accounts
You may use Verity only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. The service is intended for adults; a minimum age will be confirmed before accounts and billing go live.
If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Plans, pricing & billing
Verity offers Individual plans (Starter, Builder, Operator) and Advisory plans (Advisor, Partner, Embedded). Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars and are defined in a single place so that what you see is what applies.
Plans are designed as recurring monthly subscriptions. Payment is not connected on this site yet — no checkout is live and nothing is charged today. When billing is enabled, the exact price, billing period, renewal terms and refund policy will be presented for your agreement before any charge, and detailed in our Billing Terms.
Where recurring billing applies, a subscription renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel, and taxes may be added depending on your location.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You will be able to cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. Because much of what we provide is immediately accessible digital content and guidance, refund eligibility is limited and is described — together with any statutory withdrawal rights that apply where you live — in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Since billing is not yet live, no charges or refunds are currently processed.
7. Acceptable use
Use the site and services lawfully and in good faith. In short: don’t break the law, don’t disrupt or attempt to breach the service, and don’t resell or redistribute our materials without permission. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property & your licence
The site, its design and visual system, and our original content, templates and materials belong to Verity or our licensors, except where stated otherwise. The current wordmark and symbol are placeholders pending a final brand.
When you access materials under a plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own projects. You may not resell, publish, sublicense or redistribute them, or present them as your own product, without our written permission. Anything you create using our guidance is yours.
9. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information so guidance and diagnostics are meaningful.
- Make your own decisions; you are responsible for how you apply our guidance.
- Comply with the laws, licences and third-party terms that apply to what you build.
- Use AI tools responsibly and respect other people’s rights and data.
10. Third-party services
Our guidance may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms and content. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, terms, pricing or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms. When we use third parties to operate Verity (for example, to host the site or process payments once billing is live), those providers are identified in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that guidance will be error-free or that any particular result will follow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of — or reliance on — the site, the guidance or the diagnostic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Privacy & data
How we handle personal data — what we collect, why, and your rights over it — is described in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies and local storage is described in our Cookie Policy. Please read them; by using the service you accept how data is handled there.
13. Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves, and we may update these terms. When changes are material, we will update this page and adjust the “last updated” date; where required, we will give notice before changes affecting an active subscription take effect. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law & contact
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply where you live. The governing law and the venue for resolving disputes are those of Verity’s place of business, which will be confirmed here before the service is offered commercially.
