1. Current status
Checkout is not connected on this site yet. Nothing is charged today. These terms describe how billing is intended to work; the exact figures and mechanics will be presented for your agreement before any payment is taken.
2. Plans & prices
Verity offers Individual plans (Starter, Builder, Operator) and Advisory plans (Advisor, Partner, Embedded). Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars (USD) and are configured in a single place so the price you see is the price that applies. What each plan includes is described on the Pricing and Services pages.
3. Billing cycle & renewal
Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Once billing is live, your plan renews automatically each month using your chosen payment method until you cancel. You’ll be able to see your plan and manage renewal from your account. We’ll make the renewal date and amount clear before you subscribe.
4. Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on your location, applicable sales tax, VAT or similar may be added at checkout. The exact tax handling will be confirmed before billing goes live.
5. Payment & processor
When billing is enabled, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We don’t store full card details ourselves; they’re handled by the processor under its own terms and security standards. The processor’s name and links to its terms will be stated here before launch. You authorize recurring charges for your plan when you subscribe.
6. Price changes
We may change plan prices or what a plan includes. If a change affects your active subscription, we’ll give you advance notice before it takes effect at your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and let you know so you can update your payment method. If payment can’t be completed, access to paid features may be paused or the subscription may be cancelled. The exact retry and grace-period approach will be confirmed before launch.
8. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility — including any statutory withdrawal rights — is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Changes & contact
We’ll update these terms as billing is enabled and revise the “last updated” date. For billing questions, use the contact page.
