1. Summary
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Because our plans give immediate access to digital content and guidance, refunds for time already served are limited — but we honour the withdrawal and consumer rights that apply where you live, and we aim to be fair.
2. Scope & current status
This policy applies to paid Verity plans. Billing is not connected on this site yet — nothing is charged today, so no refunds are currently processed. When billing goes live, this policy (with concrete timeframes) will be presented before any payment and will apply to your subscription.
3. Subscriptions & renewals
Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions in US dollars, as shown on the Pricing page and detailed in our Billing Terms. A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You keep access to your plan through the end of a period you’ve paid for.
4. How to cancel
Once billing is live, you’ll be able to cancel from your account, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refund eligibility
Our plans provide digital content, tools and guidance that are available to you immediately, which limits refunds for a period that has already begun. Where a refund is appropriate — for example, a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a failure on our side to deliver what your plan describes — we’ll make it right.
The specific refund window and conditions (for example, the number of days after a charge during which a refund can be requested) are being finalized and will be stated here, and presented at checkout, before billing goes live.
6. Statutory withdrawal & consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. In some regions (for example, the EEA and the UK), you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period; where digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, that right may be affected. The exact treatment for your region will be confirmed before launch. If your local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
7. How to request a refund
When billing is live, request a refund or raise a billing question through the contact page, including the plan and the charge in question. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and confirm the outcome and, where applicable, the processing timeline.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as billing is enabled and the service evolves; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Questions? Use the contact page.
